Service Description

The service provides audio enhancement for uploaded video files. Processing is performed automatically, and results may vary depending on input quality.

Acceptable Use

• You must own or have rights to any content you upload
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes
• You may not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service

Accounts and Billing

Some features require payment. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing are handled by a third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Credits and Subscriptions

Usage limits, credits, and subscriptions are subject to change. Credits may expire or be consumed based on processing usage. Unlimited plans may be subject to fair use limits.

Storage, Retention, and Processing

When you upload content to Soundly Studio, your files are processed automatically using signal-processing techniques and machine-learning–based audio enhancement models. Processing is fully automated and does not involve human review of your content.

Uploaded files and generated results are stored temporarily to provide the service and are automatically deleted after a retention period that depends on your plan. Free plans have shorter retention periods, while paid plans may include longer retention windows as described on the pricing page. Retention periods are not intended as permanent storage and may change as the service evolves.

We may impose reasonable limits on upload size, processing duration, or usage to protect service reliability, including for plans described as “unlimited.”

Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences resulting from its use.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
