Terms of Service

Soundly Studio provides automated audio enhancement for uploaded video files. Results can vary based on the source recording, selected mode, and overall input quality.

Soundly Studio is operated by Impact Media LLC.

We may monitor aggregate traffic, service usage, and technical performance to operate, secure, and improve the service.

• You must own or have the right to use any content you upload, including any voices, music, and video material contained in it.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to abuse, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.

Some features require payment. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing are handled by a third-party payment processor.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel recurring plans through the billing portal available in your account, subject to the billing terms shown at checkout or by the payment processor.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@soundlystudio.studio so we can review it before or alongside any dispute with the payment processor.

Purchased credits are consumed based on processing usage and, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, do not expire.

Processing usage has a 1-minute minimum per video and exact seconds after that, unless a specific pricing page, offer, or checkout flow states otherwise.

Subscription allowances apply per billing period and reset according to your active plan. Pricing, included usage, and plan features may change for future purchases or renewals as the service evolves.

Plans described as unlimited may still be subject to reasonable fair-use limits that protect reliability and prevent abuse.

Your uploads are processed automatically using digital signal processing and machine-learning-based enhancement models. There is no human review of your content as part of normal processing.

Uploaded files and generated results are stored temporarily to deliver the service and are automatically deleted within 24 hours. The platform is designed for processing, not long-term storage.

Once the temporary download window expires or files are deleted, they may no longer be available for recovery.

We may impose reasonable limits on upload size, processing duration, or usage volume to protect service reliability.

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for what you upload and for any consequences resulting from its use.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes for every file.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if use threatens service security or reliability.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
