- Account information such as your Google sign-in identifier, email address, and basic profile details. We do not store passwords.
- Authentication and session cookies or tokens used to keep you signed in and secure account access.
- Uploaded files used only to perform the requested enhancement.
- Job metadata such as upload size, selected mode, source duration, billable duration, job status, timestamps, storage-expiration data, and technical logs.
- Standard server, network, and abuse-prevention logs supplied by our hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Basic site analytics data such as public-page view counts and related technical request metadata when analytics or monitoring is enabled.
- Support messages and troubleshooting details you choose to send us.
- Billing and subscription records handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

File retention
Soundly Studio processes uploaded files using automated audio enhancement systems, including digital signal processing and machine-learning-based models. Uploaded content is not reviewed by humans and is not used to train models.
Uploaded files and processed outputs are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours. Files are not intended for long-term storage, regardless of plan.
We may retain limited account, billing, and technical metadata such as email address, subscription status, payment-processor customer identifiers, job history, durations, and error information for security, billing, support, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party services for hosting and infrastructure, cloud storage, authentication, payments, and other operational tooling. Those providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and service terms.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You use the service at your own risk.
