File Retention

Soundly Studio processes uploaded files using automated audio enhancement systems, including digital signal processing and machine-learning–based models. Uploaded content is not reviewed by humans and is not used to train models.

Uploaded files and processed outputs are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a retention period. Retention periods vary by subscription plan and are described on the pricing page. Free plans generally have shorter retention windows, while paid plans include longer retention periods. Files are not intended for long-term storage.

We may retain limited technical metadata or logs (such as processing duration or error information) for security, billing, and service improvement purposes.
